I found this picture on my old computer when I was transferring pictures over. This is a King Salmon from my fishing trip on the Copper River in Alaska two summers ago. No I don't have crazy fishing skills....all five of us caught one just like this within two hours. This fish was about 50 pounds and we took home over 30 pounds of Salmon fillet. After that year I now will not eat salmon anymore, even when I am at a work meeting and it is free. I absolutely love fishing for Salmon but I don't think I need any more meat to eat.

That is insane! I haven't ever seen a salmon that big! Good work! I love that Derek is Lincoln's friend! That is so cute! But who wouldn't love Derek??
